About TARA

My name is Tara and i’m the boss behind Wildly Primal. I ’m a certified Primal Health Coach and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Over the years, health and wellness has become a passion of mine. I believe in a Primal/Ancestral approach, which is not a restrictive diet, but more of a way of eating and living that models that of our early ancestors. I believe that when given the proper foods and nutrients, our bodies can thrive and we can live a disease free life. humans are not destined to be fat, sick, get cancer, diabetes or other health problems.

I myself have struggled with losing weight, belly fat that would not go away, being addicted to sugar/sweets and living on a carb roller coaster. My body and blood work made serious changes when i cut out the modern day junk food and started eating real nutrient dense foods.
