About TARA

Hi! My name is Tara and i’m the boss behind Wildly Primal. I’m a certified Primal Health Coach and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Over the years, health and wellness has become a passion of mine. I believe in a Primal/Ancestral approach, which is not a restrictive diet, but more of a way of eating and living that models that of our early ancestors. I believe that when given the proper foods and nutrients, our bodies can thrive and we can live a disease free life.

I myself have struggled with losing weight, being addicted to sugar and living on a carb roller coaster. that is why I am so passionate about helping others. I do not recommend anything that I have not done myself!
